Dispatch
The presents are packed with a lot of love by ourselves in our boutique in Knokke the day of ordering.
We will contact you when the size is often a question mark and double check.
We ship with bpost and provide a delivery time of 1-3 business days. What Bpost protrudes, we are not in control of control.
We don't pack on Thursday - we are closed. Keep this in mind if you need the gift for the weekend.
Exchange
Within the 14 -day purchase you can easily exchange the products purchased for your angel for another product, voucher or money with your cashier ticket.
Provided the original price tags are still attached and the products are in unused and undamaged state.
Beds, blankets, customer -specific orders and sales articles cannot be exchanged.
